Qi Jun, president of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, said at the press conference that in 2020, the COVID-19 epidemic will sweep across the world, and the global construction machinery industry will be greatly affected. However, China's construction machinery market is unique, and even the growth rate of some fields has once again reached a record high. This is due to China's rapid control of the epidemic, but also to the huge development space of China's economy and infrastructure construction. Among the top 50 global construction machinery manufacturers in 2020, 11 Chinese enterprises entered the list. Qi Jun said that the latest data shows that in the first half of 2020, the total sales of these top 50 Chinese construction machinery enterprises have surpassed those of the United States and Japan, and become the first in the world. This conference of "China Construction Machinery Industry Supply Chain Declaration" was organized by the Organizing Committee of the Global Construction Machinery T50 Summit. Qi Jun said that this is the industry's first industrial supply chain security declaration, and it is also a concrete action for the industry to actively respond to the national dual-cycle strategy. "The rapid development of China's construction machinery industry in the past decade cannot be separated from the participation and support of foreign capital and Chinese local supply chain enterprises. With the growth of China's construction machinery industry, the innovation capability, research and development capability, manufacturing capability and core competitiveness of the local supply chain have also been comprehensively improved. " Qi Jun said that in the future, the international and domestic dual-cycle strategy will provide another huge development platform for China's construction machinery supply chain.
